Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this website and any purchase from VEYRO, which is operated by Clarke solutions INC in North Carolina, United States. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. If we cannot fill an order, for example because our supplier is out of stock, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times, shipping charges and returns are explained on our shipping and returns page, which is part of these terms.

Product information

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors can look different on different screens. If a product is not as described, you can return it under our returns policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in place when you placed your order applies to that order.
