Shipping and returns

How shipping works

VEYRO ships every order directly from our supplier, so it does not come from a local warehouse. Ships from our supplier. Most orders arrive in 1 to 3 weeks, and each product shows its own delivery window. The delivery time is shown before you pay, and you get a tracking number by email when it ships.

Each product shows its own shipping cost on its page, worked out from what our supplier charges to send it. Extra items in the same order ship for $3 less each (never under $1), because they travel in one parcel. The cart adds it up before you pay. We ship to addresses in the United States.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Email Veyro.shopnow@gmail.com with your order number. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once the return arrives we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives broken or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Lost orders

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier, then reship or refund if it is lost.
